Veve Zulfikar, born Veryal Eisha Aqila Zulfikar Basyaiban on July 7, 2003, in Jombang, East Java, Indonesia, comes from a deeply religious family. Her father, KH. Zulfikar Basyaiban, is a respected Qur'an reciter and Islamic scholar. Her grandfather, Habib Muhammad Rozi Syihab Basyaiban, founded an Islamic boarding school.
Veve began her public career in 2016 through YouTube, sharing Qur'anic recitations, salawat, and Islamic songs. Her content quickly gained popularity for its combination of religious tradition and modern presentation.
